The Riverwalk of Fanning Springs is a planned unit community of 220 homesites nestled into 170 acres of soft green pastures with forest of Century old live oaks draped in Spanish moss. We are located in Fanning Springs, Florida, a rural community reminiscent of the graceful southern living that has charmed people for decades, uncrowded, uncongested, and unhurried. We are bordered on the West by the Nature Coast State Trail, a 32 mile paved greenway developed by the state of Florida for horses, joggers and bicyclers.
