The Riverwalk of Fanning Springs is a planned
unit community of 220 homesites nestled into 170 acres of soft green
pastures with forest of Century old live oaks draped in Spanish
moss. We are located in Fanning Springs, Florida, a rural community
reminiscent of the graceful southern living that has charmed people
for decades, uncrowded, uncongested, and unhurried. We are bordered
on the West by the Nature Coast State Trail, a 32 mile paved
greenway developed by the state of Florida for horses, joggers and
bicyclers. We are within walking distance to the Suwannee River.
This area is friendly and slow moving, while
offering all that you will ever need. From here you can explore the
surrounding areas, finding Florida’s hidden jewels by taking a cool
dip in the springs, a peaceful canoe trip on the river or a quiet
walk on our paved or mulched trails. There are thousands of acres of
State Parks to enjoy as well as the nearby Gulf of Mexico. Here at
the Riverwalk you will find the perfect place to call home.
